Mihkel Pärtel, a profound real estate specialist, announced as managing partner of 1Partner Advisory.

Mihkel Pärtel has previously managed the commercial estate division in Pindi Kinnisvara and has been leading an advisory team in BPT Real Estate AS. In recent years, he was the partner of Elan Capital that focused real estate advisory and corporate finance services. Mihkel has also co-founded a residential development company in Tallinn. Mihkel Pärtel holds a certificate of MRICS (Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and has master degree in corporate finance (TalTech).
