1Partner Advisory will be managing the SIRIN Park Tänassilma logistics park just outside Tallinn which is the first step of the plan of SIRIN Development, a major Lithuanian developer, to invest over 120 million euros in the development of modern logistics parks over the next five years.
Specializing in the development and management of logistics property, SIRIN Development has in 15 years developed over 600,000 square meters of sustainable logistics parks and the company’s management portfolio in the Baltic countries includes 470,000 square metres of leasable space.

SIRIN Park Tänassilma, a 14,000 sqm development in the Saku municipality, was opened in January and is the tenth logistics park of SIRIN Development in the Baltic countries. The company’s investment in the park totaled 12 million euros. Mihkel Pärtel explains that next-generation, future-proof logistics parks must meet environmental impact requirements, cost efficiency targets and the tenant’s business goals. “In the Tänassilma project all these principles have been meticulously considered, from energy efficiency to the possibility to adapt the spaces with the changing needs of growth companies,” adds Pärtel. According to him, the parks are designed with future requirements in mind, focusing on the needs that will be important in five years and beyond. This approach allows tenants to feel secure not only about moving in today but also about making the logistics parks their home for years to come.
SIRIN Park Tänassilma has A++ energy efficiency label and is designed with cost-efficient technical systems. The complex uses both renewable energy sources and water-efficient solutions and also provides charging for electric vehicles. The first tenant in the logistics park is Padelsquare that will build padel courts on 1,500 square meters.
