M\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rset osa b\u00fcrookorpusest kasutabki riigi \u00fcks olulisemaid meediamaju All Media Eesti, kuhu lisaks TV3 kuuluvad ka raadiojaamad Star FM, Power Hit Radio ja Radio Volna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Energiat\u00f5hus hoonete parendamine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peterburi tee 81 hoonekompleks loodi 1980-ndatel plastiktooteid ning sporditarbeid valmistanud Salvo tehasele ja see ehitati koost\u00f6\u00f6s Soome partneritega oma aja tippasemel. Hoone originaalne arhitektuur on Skandinaavia disaini m\u00f5jutustega, mida on v\u00e4lisilmes s\u00e4ilitatud senini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e4rast kolme aastak\u00fcmmet kasutust vajasid kaasajastamist nii hoone tarindid kui ka oma kasutusea l\u00f5ppu j\u00f5udnud tehnos\u00fcsteemid. 2015. aastal t\u00f6\u00f6tasime v\u00e4lja \u00e4riplaani, mis n\u00e4gi ette hoonete etapiviisilist renoveerimist. Parenduskava planeerimisel oli v\u00e4ljakutse konstruktsioonidele ja uutele tehnos\u00fcsteemidele \u00fchtse perspektiiviga kasutusea tagamine, et ei tekiks olukorda, kus iga natukese aja tagant oleks tarvis uuesti \u00fcmberehitusi teha. Eesm\u00e4rk oli luua m\u00f5istlike investeeringutega uuev\u00e4\u00e4rne hoone. Oleme selle \u00e4riplaani t\u00e4naseks edukalt ellu viinud. Paiknemine Tallinna suurte liiklusmagistraalide vahetus l\u00e4heduses tagab v\u00e4ga hea ligip\u00e4\u00e4su nii auto kui ka \u00fchistranspordiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esiteks peab olema sobiv objekt ja usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rne suhe omaniku ning n\u00f5ustajate vahel. Seej\u00e4rel on k\u00f5ige olulisem v\u00f5tmes\u00f5na paindlikkus ja osapooli austavate l\u00e4bir\u00e4\u00e4kimiste pidamine. Peterburi tee 81 asuv mitmefunktsiooniline hoone on v\u00e4ga hea n\u00e4ide, kuidas k\u00f5ik eelkirjeldatu reaalses elus v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti toimib.
